When the standard packages do not fit

Some needs cannot be priced in advance. It might be a link to an accounting or inventory system, migration from an old solution, importing thousands of products, or taking over operations on a site someone else built.

How it is priced

We look at scope first: how much data has to move, which systems need to talk to each other, and how much must be built from scratch. You then get a fixed price for the job, and usually a monthly service subscription afterwards.

Taking over an existing site

If you already have a WordPress or WooCommerce site, we can take over operations without rebuilding everything. We review security, speed, backup and updates, and tell you if something should change. See what managed hosting includes and whether we have capacity.

How it works

You send a request and get a reply by email within 24 hours, with a fixed price and a clear list of what is included. We build the site while you supply logo, copy and images along the way. The first monthly payment starts only once the site is live — not before. There is no setup fee.

Who owns the website?

You do. Domain, design, content and data are yours from day one. We operate — you own. Read more about who owns the website.

Why a 12-month term?

Because we charge no setup fee. The build cost is spread across the period, and in return your price is locked for the whole year. We do not raise it even when our suppliers raise theirs. Here is the full reasoning behind 12-month terms.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you pay only the difference for the rest of the month. Downgrades take effect at renewal. See how to change your plan.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes, you get full WordPress access. Many still send changes to us, since minor text and image edits are part of the service. More on editing the site yourself.
